Each page is saved as an image, so text in the new PDF cannot be selected or searched. Keep your original.

Converts and resizes inside your browser; the file never leaves your device.

How to use it

  1. Choose your PDF.
  2. Optionally set the page size in pixels and a size limit in KB or MB.
  3. Press Resize PDF, wait for the pages to finish, then press Download.

Good to know

  • Each page is redrawn as an image, so text cannot be selected afterwards. Keep your original file.
  • To fit a limit the tool lowers image quality first, then the pixel density.
  • Large PDFs take time on a phone; a computer is faster. Limits: 60 MB and 150 pages.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The PDF is processed inside your browser and never leaves your device.

What does page size in pixels mean?

Pixels at 96 per inch. For example 794 × 1123 px is an A4 page.

Why did the size limit not work?

Very small limits for long documents may be impossible. The tool then shows the smallest result it could make.
