Works with .docx, .doc, .xlsx, .xls, .odt, .ods and .rtf. Layout may differ slightly from Microsoft Office. Password-protected files cannot be converted.

How to use it

Choose your Word or Excel file (up to 15 MB).
Tick the consent box. Your file will be uploaded.
Press Convert to PDF, wait a few seconds, then press Download PDF.

Good to know

The file travels over HTTPS to our own server in Mumbai, is converted with LibreOffice and is deleted immediately. We do not keep, read or log it or its name.
Do not upload confidential documents. For those, use Microsoft Office or LibreOffice on your own computer.
Fonts and layout can differ slightly from Microsoft Office, especially for complex spreadsheets.
Limits: 15 MB per file and a few conversions per ten minutes.

Is my file uploaded?

Yes, this tool uploads your file to our server, but only after you tick the consent box. It is converted and deleted straight away. Our image and other PDF tools never upload anything.

Which files work?

.docx, .doc, .xlsx, .xls, .odt, .ods and .rtf up to 15 MB. Password-protected files cannot be converted.

Why does the PDF look slightly different?

The conversion uses LibreOffice, not Microsoft Office, so fonts and spacing can differ a little.
